1.1 Paid Photoshoots and Videoshoots:
Clients who pay for photography or videography services retain 100% ownership of the resulting photos and videos. This means:

• Clients may request that their photos or videos not be used for promotional or marketing purposes by Lilly Talavera Studios.

• While we strive to obtain explicit permission for promotional use, if materials are used without prior consent, clients may request their removal at any time.

1.2 Free Test Shoots or Complimentary Photoshoots:
When Lilly Talavera Studios provides free test photoshoots or videoshoots, the studio retains full ownership of the resulting photos and videos. This includes the right to use these materials for promotional purposes such as marketing, social media, and advertising.

• Subjects are permitted to share or repost these photos or videos, provided proper credit is given (e.g., in descriptions or tags, "Photography by Lilly Talavera Studios").

2. Pricing and Payment Policies

2.1 Pricing Changes:
Prices for services are subject to change at any time, higher or lower, based on circumstances. Clients are encouraged to inquire about current rates at the time of booking.

2.2 Discount Requests:
Clients may request discounts or special pricing based on factors such as:

• Location of the shoot (in-studio versus travel required by photographer(s) or videographer(s)).

• Referrals of full-price paying clients.

• Other circumstances as deemed relevant by Lilly Talavera Studios.

While such requests will be considered, they are not guaranteed to be honored.

2.3 Third-Party Editing:
High-end portrait photo editing may be outsourced to a third party. Pricing for such services is fixed and non-negotiable.

3. Deposit and Rescheduling Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Deposits:
Deposits for scheduled photoshoots or videoshoots are non-refundable.

3.2 Rescheduling Policy:

• Clients are permitted one rescheduling of the agreed date, time, and location without forfeiting their deposit.

• A second rescheduling will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and the appointment will be canceled without any refunds due to respect for the studio’s time and obligations.

4. Promotional Use and Content Removal Requests

4.1 Promotional Use Consent:
Lilly Talavera Studios typically requests client consent before using photos or videos for promotional purposes. However, if such consent is inadvertently not requested, and materials are used, the client has the right to request their removal at any time.

4.2 Client Credit Obligations:
When sharing photos or videos taken as part of a free photoshoot or videoshoot, clients must provide proper credit to Lilly Talavera Studios.

5. Privacy Policy

5.1 Data Collection:
Lilly Talavera Studios collects and retains personal information necessary for providing photography and videography services, including:

• Client names, contact details, and preferences.

• Payment information for billing purposes.

5.2 Data Usage:

• Provide services as requested by clients.

5.3 Data Sharing:
We do not sell or share client information with third parties, except as required to fulfill services (e.g., third-party photo editing) or comply with legal obligations.

6.1 Governing Law:
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located within Dallas County, Texas.
